Exchange & Returns
Thailand Packing strives to provide excellent customer service and quality products. If the product you received is different or has any defects, please send a picture of the product you received to our customer service staff by Line or Email and we will assess the issue. If we see that the product sent to you was different to what you ordered or has any defects, we will send you the replacement product at no charge! However, if you have purchased the product and personally change your mind regarding the product, we cannot provide any refunds but will accept to exchange to other products at your expense + a 5% fee.
